When their manufacturing plant was badly damaged by fire, Steel Elements contracted Couture Construction to rebuild. Wanting to make a strong architectural statement, Steel Elements opted for a bold and dramatic design which Couture skillfully executed.

Couture spearheaded every aspect of the reconstruction including the structural analysis of the damaged building components, negotiations with the adjustors, demolition and disposal of the building debris, as well as reconstruction.
