Couture Construction Corporation began building Nordic Village Resort, a premier resort in Bartlett, New Hampshire, in 1986. Over the next 20 years, Couture Construction worked with the owner of Nordic Village to build over 200 condominiums in different phases, with little or no business disruption.

In addition to the condominiums, Couture Construction Corporation designed and built a large pool house featuring atrium windows, steam room, changing area, restrooms and stone fireplace.

Couture Construction Corporation also built the resort's fitness center, game room, bridges and miscellaneous buildings. The resort, spread out on over 165 acres, is a design and construction achievement as it does not distract from the natural beauty of the land.

With Couture's fleet of vehicles and experienced crew, all site work was able to be done in-house, saving the client money and time.
