45th Parallel EMS Services In Colebrook, New Hampshire

The trustees of New Hampshire's only non-profit emergency medical services were several years in the process of planning and funding their 4000 square foot home. Unfortunately, delays in the final design and bidding process reduced the construction time to four months. Couture Construction was able to deliver a high quality building in the proscribed period to a very satisfied group.

The building provides living quarters for staff as well as garage space for four ambulances.

The sloped site was not readily suitable for its intended purpose and required extensive excavation and embankment.
